Dave has been a massage therapist since 1998 helping numerous clients with chronic to significant injuries realize a pain free life.
His disciplined and intuitive approach incorporates a number of modalities within a session including myofascial, orthopedic and active release technique.With a recent certification in Fascial Stretch Therapy, David’s work has become even stronger.
Zac has started his passion for leading others in the fitness industry as captain of hiS wrestling team. Since then he has earned his Associates in Ski Area Operations from Colorado Mountain College also completing his EMT-basic, continued studying Exercise Sport Science at Western State Colorado University, and graduated with his Bachelors in Kinesiology from Northern Illinois University. He then interned at Paradigm Performance training under Dr. Stuart Hui focusing on EXOS, and Z-Health modalities to prevent injury and increase performance amongst athletes at all levels. In 2015 Zac moved to Los Angeles to train Hollywood's most elite actors to increasetheir fitness level to prepare them for stunt training. He is currently a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and is First Aid & CPR certified through the American Heart Association.
Ashley graduated from Judson University with a Bachelors degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a concentration in Health and Wellness. During her four years at Judson, she was the starting point guard for the women's basketball team, and a captain her senior year. Two of her college years, she enjoyed being the head coach of elementary/middle school AAU girls basketball teams. Ashley was an intern at Paradigm Performance Center, where she expanded her knowledge of EXOS and Z Health. She is excited to further her knowledge through certifications and first hand experiences to bring expertise to everyone she encounters. Having played a variety of sports, including softball, soccer, volleyball and of course, basketball, Ashley is passionate and committed to coach others.
Dr. Stuart C. Hui, DC, ATC/L Dr. Stuart C. Hui is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology with high honors in 1998. Dr. Hui is also a member of the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society and the Golden Key National Honor Society. Dr. Hui completed his athletic training internship as the head student athletic trainer for the UIC Men’s Gymnastics Team in Chicago, IL. He received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from the National University of Health Sciences, formerly the National College of Chiropractic in 2001. Dr. Hui completed his chiropractic internship in Lombard, IL. He is National Board Certified in fields of Athletic Training and Chiropractic. Dr. Hui is also certified in: Cox flexion-distraction technique, acupuncture, applied kinesiology, Sole Support orthotic casting and evaluation, Z Health Performance Systems and Advantage Golf Fitness Instruction. Dr. Hui continues to participate as a certified athletic trainer covering semi-pro sporting events, high school sporting events, Special Olympics and other general field coverage. He had the privilege of serving as the acupuncture specialist for the major league soccer team, the Chicago Fire, for 2 years. He is the head chiropractic physician at Medinah Country Club. As an avid athlete himself, Dr. Hui is a member of the USAV league and competes in volleyball tournaments. Other sport activities of interest are judo, muay thai, ball sports and weight training.
Laurel has been a coach since 2008 after she graduated from McHenry County College with both an Associates in Health and Human Performance and the F.I.T. certification for personal training. She has since received additional personal training certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA.) A daily student in her field, Laurel believes strongly in always improving herself and her knowledge and therefore is also certified in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED through the American Red Cross; Tobacco Cessation Coaching through the American Lung Association; Functional Movement Systems (F.M.S.) Phase 1; and is currently in completion of her Health and Wellness Coach certification through WellCoaches, projected completion Spring 2017. Laurel grew up in the world of dance, taking and teaching many disciplines such as: ballet, pointe, jazz, hip hop, contemporary/modern, lyrical, and tap. Passionate about this art and sport, she specializes in helping those looking for better dance and gymnastic performance. Over the years, Laurel has applied her knowledge and passion for health and fitness in a variety of settings: from injury rehabilitation to movement therapy with children on the Spectrum; weight loss to athletic performance training. She has even recently been a health coach for wellness and lifestyle change, coming alongside her clients to educate and intrinsically motivate them to reclaim their own health and happiness!
William Zardetto is a graduate of Judson University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in 2012. Zardetto is also a former professional soccer player that had the opportunity to travel and live in different cities and countries developing a passion for sports performance and coaching. Zardetto currently holds the ussf national “C” license for soccer and is an exos-certified performance specialist. Zardetto is also certified in: Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED; Functional Movement Systems (F.M.S.) Phase I; IHSA Coaches Certification
Zardetto is the head coach for several youth soccer teams at the Crystal Lake Soccer Federation and strengtening and conditioning for the men’s soccer varsity program at the Crystal Lake Central High School. Fluent in Portuguese, Italian and Spanish, Zardetto considers himself an avid daily learner.
Patrick Caulfield, DC
Dr. Patrick Caulfield is a 2014 graduate of Northern Illinois University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology and a minor in dietetics. Dr. Caulfield received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences in 2018. Since his time at National, he has attended a multitude of seminars focusing on preventative and restorative treatments. He has completed his 100-hours certification for acupuncture and dry needling from Southern California University of Health Sciences and is FMT I and II RockTape certified. He has been an ACSM certified personal trainer since 2011 and, since then, has trained a variety of athletes and non-athletes. More recently, Dr. Caulfield has led a rugby skills training program for high school athletes that included rugby specific strength/conditioning. His athletes have been invited for both U18 and U16 national team select sides. Additionally, Dr. Caulfield played rugby at Northern Illinois University from 2010-2014, where he was captain and president from 2012-2014. Currently, he coaches the Naperville Warriors, a high school rugby team, and plays for the Chicago Blaze 15’s and 7’s Rugby Club. His treatments include, but are not limited to: adjustments, manual therapy, movement rehab (DNS), acupuncture, dry needling, kinesiology taping, and cupping.
